Flex style bamboo is not our normal standard (thick/stiff) bamboo style. It is USA market based for easier opening and closing. They are perfect parasols but we sell them lower as it is not our standard product for the webshop.
USE: This garden umbrella is resistant to an occassional shower and normal wind conditions. Make sure the baliparasol can always dry OPEN. Never close or store this gardenumbrella when wet. CLEANING: soft soap/water and brush/cloth. With the right treatment you will enjoy this unique bali umbrella for years.

In case you find a black mold spot use: HG Mold remover.

First Time opening: As the bamboos of our Bali Parasols are stronger than normal and have to settle we instruct to place the umbrella up-side-down and push the crown gently bounching downwards till the stopper hole shows.
Packaging: The original Bali Parasol is very well packaged to export level and easy to ship world wide.
