Returns & Exchanges
At Bali Parasol, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our authentic, handmade Bali parasols. Because each piece is handcrafted by local artisans, slight variations in color, weave, or wood carving are not considered defects, but rather a testament to the unique character of your unique piece.
1. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.
2. Our Resolution Process:
Before initiating a formal return, we kindly ask you to fill in our Return Request (button below)

How We Make It Right:
Depending on the nature of the issue, Bali Parasol reserves the right to offer the following solutions to restore your experience:

Replacement Parts: If a specific component (such as a fringe, bead, pin or finial) is missing or damaged, we will ship a replacement part to you immediately, free of charge.

Exchanges: If the item has a structural defect that cannot be repaired, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Our goal is to ensure your Bali parasol remains a beautiful centerpiece in your home or garden for years to come. We are committed to finding a fair and sustainable solution before proceeding with a full return.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return:

The parasol must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and undamaged.

It must be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. International Shipping & Costs
Please be advised that for worldwide orders:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the oversized nature and weight of luxury parasols, international return shipping can be expensive (15-200 euro depending on your location).

Original shipping charges, customs duties, and local taxes are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For handmade items, we may request photos to determine if the issue is a structural defect or a natural characteristic of the material.
5. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It will show in your statement in 4-5 days.
