Shipping costs overview

Shipment GB clients and Rest of World

As the UK has become Non-EU shipment is handled by a courier (2/3 days) including customs handling.

You place your order online  (do not pay! we need to calculate costs)

  • No shipment costs are collected in the cart. 

  • On the payment page you choose: Manual Payment (last option)

  • We get all details in | No payment is involved yet.

  • ​You will receive your order breakdown: Parasols - Bases - Shipment costs (all taxes taken out and shipment added )

  • We will inform you on the costs to expect from your countries customs. (Import taxes/custom duties)  

  • ​If you approve we will make your invoice and include the secured payment link.

  • As soon as the payment comes in - we arrange ship out and email you the tracking information.

  • From the courier you will receive the tax invoice from your country 

      (the taxes we took out on your invoice plus customs duties)

Custom duties are collected by the courier to you 
We took all taxes out on your invoice. Fed Ex, UPS, DHL will collect the custom duties levied by your country to be paid by you e.g. 299 published will be 247 euro taxes taken out. 

UK customs normally collects GBP 78 per parasol on a value of 247 euro + shipment.

If you are a company provide your VAT number/company ID so this order can be handled as a B2B by customs.​​​

Please provide us your EU tax number in the online order for immediate tax return on Intra-community supplies.

Shipping Nl/BE/EU 

We publish the rate for 1 parasol or 2 parasols.

2 parasols will be tied to 1 package to get the far better deal. 

The webshop is correct up to 8 parasols. 

An even number order (2/4/6/8) gives the most economic shipmentcosts.
